CNS staff strive to accommodate client schedules. Staff is available via HIPAA-compliant, VPN-protected telehealth platforms. Complete the initial inquiry and our staff will respond within one business day.
In 2020, CNS transitioned to a fee-for-service practice. CNS will assist clients by providing all relevant billing codes; which the client must submit to their insurance company. CNS does not assist with any verification of benefits, precertification, or recovery of funds. Payment in full is due two business days before the first appointment. CNS accepts Visa and Mastercard.
CNS offers a 10% discount to all first responders, active duty and retired military, returning clients, and teachers.
CNS staff look forward to working with you, appreciate your trust in us, and take our role in your health care very seriously. Your doctor will be in the office on time and ready to meet with you at the scheduled date and time. We ask that you please do the same. We allocate one entire working day to your assessment appointment. We cannot, will not, and do not schedule any other patients on that day. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require an email notification to info@cnpschicago.com at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments are charged at the rate of $500 for full assessment days, and $250 for intake or feedback sessions to partially compensate for lost clinical time and revenue.
